2.2.3 Which is the purpose for processing the user's personal data?

Ferro Systems processes personal data for the following purposes, considering the reason for which they have been provided:

  1. To provide the contracted goods/services, carry out the maintenance of the contractual relationship and the monitoring thereof.

  2. To contact, process, manage and respond to any of the user's requests, queries or incidences (either via email, contact form or telephone).

  3. To manage the client's purchasing process and any queries in relation to the goods/services contracted.

  5. To assess and manage, where appropriate, the curriculum vitae provided by the user for selection processes that fit their professional profile and carry out the necessary actions for the selection and recruitment of staff.

 2.2.4 What is the legitimacy of user's data processing?

  • The legal basis for personal data processing for the purpose set out in the previous section is the provision of the corresponding service, , and it is also a requirement to do so, as stated in Article 6.1 b) of the GDPR.

  • Regarding the sending of information about goods, services and news related to Ferro Systems, the legal basis for processing the personal data provided is the consent expressly given by the user,,as set out in Article 6.1 a) of the GDPR.

 2.2.5 For how long shall the user's personal data be processed?

  • The data for the management of the relationship with the client, and the invoicing and collection of services shall be stored for as long as the agreement is in force. Once this relationship has ended, if applicable, the data may be stored for the time required by applicable legislation and until any liabilities arising from the agreement expire.

  • The data for the management of queries and applications shall be kept for the time necessary to reply to them, and, if applicable, for as long as the data subject does not request the withdrawal of their consent to be sent information relating to their query.

  • The data for sending information related to Ferro Systems's goods or services shall be stored as long as the user does not revoke their consent.
